† The MILITARY STAR Rewards Program is offered by the Exchange Credit Program. All customers enrolled in the MILITARY STAR Rewards Program are eligible to earn 2 points for every $1 on qualifying purchases at all military exchanges and other participating locations. After 2,000 points, customers will receive a $20 rewards card. Points are calculated on the final amount charged to the MILITARY STAR account. Returns will be deducted from your available points, even if you have already received a rewards card and may result in a negative points balance. Points and rewards cards have no monetary value and cannot be used as payment on any account. Rewards exclude Military Clothing Plan. Rewards points will not expire as long as you have purchase activity at least once every 12 months. Rules are subject to change without prior notice.

The following return policies are for purchases made on cardsczar.com, and do not apply to any purchases made directly at one of our brick and mortar stores.

If an item is damaged in transit, or is an incorrect item, please CONTACT US for replacement details within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not accept any liability for the content of the items we sell. Due to the fluctuating value of sports cards, Card Czar has a no return policy. All sales are final.

* You MUST contact us prior to sending a return back. Please contact us by using our contact form or by emailing us at sales@cardsczar.com.

Please note that a 10% re-stocking fee applies for any returned merchandise unless it was damaged in transit, has a manufacturer defect, or is an incorrect item. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error. Otherwise, shipping costs will not be refunded as they are the responsibility of the customer, and refunds will be for product costs only.

Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after arrival back in our warehouse, and will be processed back to the payment method used for the transaction. In the event it is not possible to refund back to the original payment method used refunds will be processed to your account as store credit. Once processed, you should see the refunded amount post back to your payment method within 3-5 days depending on your specific financial institution. Refunds processed as store credit will be immediately available for use in your account.
